Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the affiliate program ("Program") offered by AQI Travel B.V. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Approval & Participation

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to written approval by AQI Travel B.V. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. Referral Process

To qualify for a commission, the Affiliate must send an email to business@aqitravel.com specifying:

The full name of the business being referred

The business contact (if available)

The date of the referral

The referral must not be an existing customer or already in contact with us through other means.

Only the first referring Affiliate will be eligible for commission in the event of duplicate referrals.

3. Commission Structure

€60 Commission Rate

Per successfully referred business (incl. VAT if applicable)

Commission is paid within 30 days of a successful referral, via bank transfer
The commission is only applicable when a business acquires an annual or monthly premium plan within 7 days upon registration

Successful Referral Criteria

A referral is considered successful when:

The referred business did not have a premium plan in the past 6 months
The referred business completes registration on our platform
The referred business is verified and approved by us

4. General Conditions

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and may not engage in spam, misrepresentation, or unethical practices.
We reserve the right to reject or withhold commissions for referrals that do not meet these conditions or appear fraudulent.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in their jurisdiction. They are not an employee, contractor, or agent of AQI Travel B.V. and acting as an independent party referring potential customers on a non-exclusive basis. AQI Travel B.V. does not withhold taxes on behalf of the Affiliate.

5. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation at any time, with or without notice, especially in the case of:

Fraudulent or misleading activity
Violation of these terms
Inactivity or abuse of the program

We may modify this agreement, commission structure, or payout process at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or an update to the Program Terms & Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
